I know our justice system is a joke, but they are not innocent. They have been temporarily acquitted until the case is refiled from the beginning. It basically means that the case will be delayed yet again. It’s not the first time this has happened and it won’t be the last.
Did we expect anything else? We know how the system works in cyprus unfortunately. As long as the money keeps rolling and they can postpone it, they will be innocent until proven guilty
