Dzień dobry!

Hope everyone is doing well.

I’m an international student currently in Poland, looking to buy a laptop from [https://delkom.pl/](https://delkom.pl/). Unfortunately, I’m unaware whether it is a legitimate e-commerce website or not. It would be of great help if some one can educate me on if it is a legitimate website.

Any and all information is welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Dzięki

  1. Never bought anything from here, but everything looks legit:

    – when you go to “Contact” tab, you can see that company is registered in court (mandatory for “spółka z o. o.”, which is equivalent to “ltd company”)
    – searching all numbers: NIP, REGON, KRS gives positive result that company is active
    – payment methods: Card, Cash on delivery, fast transfer (using secure 3rd party handler), leasing, installments and many more, gives you 100% of being legitimate (if sth is wrong, you can always don’t pay on delivery or in case of paying with your credit/debit Card – use chargeback)
    – they offer product not only for standard customer, but also for companies (leasing), private and public sectors
    – last but not least – amount of good reviews on google, Ceneo and Allegro (internet shopping platform similar to ebay/Amazon), it’s good sign, especially in combination with all of above

If some shop does not offer paying by Card/on delivery and there’s lack of information in contact or t&c (eg. No address or address outside Poland) – I wouldn’t buy from that site.
In case of Delkom – I trust enough to buy anything from them.

  2. I bought a laptop at Delkom in 2018. It’s ok, nothing to be worry about 🙂
