Five years ago this would have been a huge shock, now sadly seems increasingly common
What a load of shite. Sadiq Khan takes an active part in pride despite being a practicing Muslim. He sees no contradiction, because there isn’t one.
Why would anyone apologise for treating everyone they represent as decent folk rather than just those that ‘look like’ themselves?
Keighley deserves a better mayor.
Life feels evermore dangerous, why do we kowtow to hateful nuts, and why do so many have so much influence?
It’s rhetorical, I have so many reasons why but… God. Hurts to know just being myself is so despised by others, even in times meant to celebrate that. Every dress, skirt and similar considered against time of day and “will this get me hurt?”
Hang on. He gets some kickback, so apologizes. Then he gets more kickback and has to apologize for apologizing.
All of this saying sorry to everyone for everything is so stereotypically British that I’m starting to like him.
