If anyone has experience, I would like to hear about it, especially as it relates to new construction.
My main question is about the floor space criteria. It states that the aid is restricted (for construction allowance) to flats between 65-120 M2. I am wondering if they grant any exceptions, for example if the flat is 124M2. I am aware if you have dependents, it is increased by 20M2 per, but that does not apply to me.

They do not grant exceptions.
I had to prove my house is from pre WWII in order to qualify as my 220m2 clearly exceeded the 120m2 limitation. There is a special rule for old houses.
Is this aid just for construction on a existing house or is it for new construction as well? We are just starting to seriously consider buying and exploring options. Just need to find a million or so in the couch cushions first.
So, apparently they do NOT make exceptions on the square meters, according to many sources.
