  1. The caveat is pretty hilarious. Like obviously if you are also drinking and smoking extra that will impact your mortality. Kind of like saying “as long as they do not use those longer nights for doing extreme stunts”.

    I get that there is a cohort that it applies to they had to control for, just kind of funny to present it like that.

  2. Early risers are more likely to die than people that go to bed late…

    … if they spend their extra hours drinking and smoking.
