I always thought Al Jazeera was banned when Russia media was banned? Taken over a year to realise it wasn’t.
She left Sierra Leone because she said she was concerned Female Genital Mutilation, which does have a high prevalence there (90%) but she, and her husband, could have just moved to Ghana which is 829 km away and not travel 5,000 km to Ireland.
Is the hotel room in Dublin better than what would have been on offer in Ghana?
She is being given the equivalent of about €2,000 per month(at least) (accommodation + food + €400) for her “troubles” of moving from one of one of the worst countries in the world – all on bogus asylum claim.
She availed of extensive healthcare treatment while here – costing the equivalent of god knows how much.
she even sends her husband money out of the asylum money she gets.
And still has the gall to comment for an aljazeera article.
Just one story ! imagine all the others here over the past 20 years milking us…
Whoever wrote that title has savage humour
It’s hard enough these days for a lot of Irish to make ends meet. I can’t imagine being a refugee trying to live here.
