Contrary to popular belief, it’s very hard to get a prison sentence for low amounts of drugs. You have to really annoy the judge. If I recall, the guy on the right was caught within 24 hours of getting a conviction for the same thing. That’s definitely going to annoy a judge, especially if it’s the same judge.
Add in lenient and suspended sentences for pedophiles, child abusers and domestic abusers by judge Nolan aswell.
