Hello everyone,

I have some kind of a legal question that I hope you can help me with. I’m a 19-year-old student studying at a Polish university, and I recently obtained a Karta Pobytu (student, dostęp do rynku pracy), which grants me access to the job market. I’m considering taking on two jobs simultaneously, as I have received two offers. This would mean working approximately 12 hours per day. However, I came across [some information](https://www.biznes.gov.pl/pl/portal/00213) stating that I need to have a second work permit (zezwolenie na prace dla cudzoziemca **or** oswiadczenie o powierzeniu wykonywania pracy cudzoziemcowi) if I want to take on the second job. How it can be possible if I already have a work permission? Is it true or I have just misunderstood it?
And if it’s true, how long can it take to get one of these documents for the second job?

Thanks for all of your answers in advance!

  1. If you are a student and dont require work permit in the first place why would you require a work permit for the second job?

In ither words: you being a student woth access to the job market relieves your employer from the obligation on having to make a work permit for you altogether. This means that you can work anywhere.

  2. Okay so the way this actually works with these rules is that you need to get the first flight back to Zimbabwe and stay there.
