This is so fucked up. How is it so hard for this country to just.. actually give a shit about rape victims and stop letting violent men off the hook. He raped his niece and conceived a child, now he’s in charge of the kid, fucks sake. This country is such a joke, and a bad one at that.
Well once he’s found guilty, he’ll lose it anyway so it overall shouldn’t be to big an issue.
Very strange how some people want to play devils advocate when in this particular instance they’re advocating for someone who became the guardian of their biological niece and then conceived a child with said niece making them both the father and great uncle of that child. What a strange person to advocate for.
Can a parental guardian or even former parental guardian ever really be in a consenting relationship with the child they were guardian of? No they cannot.
Until he is found guilty there is nothing they can do. In this country you presumed innocent in the eyes of the law until you are found guilty beyond all resonable doubt.

Man who (allegedly) raped his brothers daughter (who was living with him as his daughter after brothers death), resulting in a son, now must have an input into the care of said child.
Despite never having had parental responsibility for the child.
That’s just . . . insane from a care of the child viewpoint.
I don’t really care if it makes sense from a purely legal viewpoint.
