HMRC fined 184,000 low earners for not filing return despite no tax owing

  1. The law is pretty clear that you still have to file even if you owe no tax.

    Sorry, but I have no sympathy for that one. You can’t just “disregard” things from HMRC because you assume it’s a mistake.
