Is it the color of the Tesla or is that Tesla extremely dusty/dirty? Or maybe the light is making it look dirty.

I remember one Nissan Leaf had a “ WIFI “ license plate 😅 and a Tesla model S had a “ HAPPY “ one. I’m wandering if they pay for it, and how much it costs
I’ve seen some funny custom plates in old Vestlandet. Can only remember a half plate atm, “DJ.. (something stupid and short)”
