Capital town doesn’t sound right to me so they get my votes!
What exactly does being made a city mean or get you?
The whole city system in the UK is just plain fucking stupid, you’ve got tiny places like St. Asaph or Wells that are cities. Yet large towns like Milton Keynes, Reading, Luton, Swindon, or Northampton that are towns.
The biggest fucking joke of all is if your Tory MP gets murdered you seem to get city status as well, not so if it’s a Labour MP.
