Feeling like this article is more so a critisism of DWW that the governments’ lack of action for the victims. It seems to imply that DWW’s theme this year was unnecessary or invalid or not tackling a “real” problem. As if it is the responsibility of charities to solve this issue.
Esspecially the line about “…knowing that I’m able to come out of the closet if I wanted to…” rubs me the wrong way, idk.
