When people ask me the difference between the rest of Europe and Spain, I show them videos similar to this one, this is where I live, second year in hell thanks to the Ayuntamiento de La laguna in Tenerife, There is a Kiosko also with music full blast the entire summer, last year and also this year, I had to sleep for almost everyday at my-mother-in-law as I have a 2 years old son and now a 2 months year old daughter, I cannot work from home anymore as the music dont stop until around 3 oclock in the morning during the WEEK, Weekends I cannot rest just due to the same scenario or even worst music and noise until 5 on yhe morning, ALL sponsored by the Ayuntamiento de La Laguna, I would never see something like that in Norway, I just can believe the mentallity here, how something like that is authorized and Sponsored by the Ayuntamiento
