(for context: In belval there where ,from the beginning of the 20th century, 6 blast-furnaces, then ARBED decided to tear them down in the mid sixties and build three new furnaces: the A, the B and the C (wich has been shipped of to china in 1995). This picture was taken in an intermediate period: the A is in operation already, the B is under final preparation, and two of the old blast-furnaces are still standing, because the construction od the C hasn’t begun yet, so this is a rare picture of the two types of blast-furnaces together)
