And me here worrying about trimming a neighbours massive tree which is overhanging into our garden and gonna take one of our kids eyes out….

I found it very funny when they lost at the supreme court(I think) people on here trying to claim its just a normal “family home” 😅
It shouldn’t be knocked down but they should be fined the current market value.
If they can’t pay the home is sold to pay the fine.
A mockery of the planning system
Planning permission is such bullshit tho,
People should be able to build any homes they want on land they own as long as they don’t damage the environment .
They need to tip Board Planalta 100k like the developers do
