I have bad signal in my flat, idk why, as soon as I step outside on my house, I get full signal. So I wanted to as if it’s possible to connect my router (router O2 homespot, has a phone card / sim card in it and it gives internet) to this TV/Radio line and mby get the antenna for my router?

That’s a landline connection, why would you want to plug your router using a mobile network into that? You could instead get a contract for a (V)DSL connection and use that socket.
well that right here is for a phone and for DSL connections. what do you think your o2 homespot can do with that? you need a router and a DSL contract if you want to use it. you don’t have any of these two things.
