My resident card expired September 2022, I have applied for renewal and am now awaiting for my new one. I did exit the EU for a few months Dec-Feb. but now I am passed the 90days. I now need to travel again to Serbia& Romania… does anyone know if this stamp on my passport can permit me to travel?

  1. Man. You are always allowed to exit the country. You will not be able to come back based on the stamp.

    You know that if you left the country for more than 3 months while application was pending it can be rejected right?

  2. EDIT: I have to fly to Romania through Serbia for an emergency situation. However my appointment to pick up my resident card is in two weeks.
