I stared into my trolley yesterday while waiting for the checkout. I had minced beef, steaks, Angus burgers, 2kg chicken, cod fillets and salmon darnes……I had a salad for breakfast this morning before the gym and it was….fine. Didn’t feel myself wanting in the gym either. I might cut back a bit next week.
This isn’t American 🤣🤣 I’d hope you don’t trigger anyone by reducing your meat intake 🤣🤣🤣
I’ve had to cut 95 percent of meat out of my diet for health reasons, and I don’t really miss it. I treat myself every now and then if I’m out, and I might have a bit of chicken every now and then, but I’m grand otherwise. Eating rakes of meat several meals a day doesn’t seem good.

Too much work involved in eating that tbh
