Hey guys, I am an international student leaving Warsaw soon to return his homeland.
I have rented the room through a company named
Pokoj.Waw.PI and there is 3 months left in my contract.
It is from July 1 – September 27 (the months you can rent the room).
The room is located in Warsaw, Marszatkowska 87, house 83, room 1.

The amount mentioned in the website is 1600 rent +350 bills = 1950 zloty/month. There is Deposit (caucija) amount you should pay as well (all money will be returned when your contract expire, if nothing will be damaged). The amount I paid was 3370zlt. After the recent price change it might be different amount.
So, the reason I am writing this here is because I need to find someone for my place, else I have to pay full room rent amount even though I won’t be in Warsaw.
and I need the Deposit money to be fully refunded to me because Im a student and every zloty is worthy for me.
