No one respects the queue

Noticed that no one respects the queue line, is it when you wait in the pharmacy, or to buy passtizzi in your local eatery, or just if you are waiting in your line for your turn to order a drink at seaside caffe, it doesn’t matter, someone will always just step up in front of you without any explanation or kindly excuse. Found it a bit strange 😂 although I can’t get used on it 🤷
