Sounds to me like people in the universities they are talking about are anti Israel and anti colonialism. Not so much against jews, but just against Israel.
It’s a sickening argument because the progressive antisemites will just turn around and be like “I’m not a Jew hater, I just hate Israel, the one Jewish state… oh and I don’t think the Jews should have a state”.
Israel had elections that include parties whose manifestos wish for the death of Jews. I can’t imagine any other country doing the same. What European country would say, “hey you want to wish harm on the majority of the country, let’s talk”??
The modern left hates Israel, the classic alt right does. Jews not very popular once again.
