I went into a Centra in Cork city a few weeks ago and they were charging €3.80 for a pack of Oreos. Absolute bastards
I was just in McDonalds a few days ago and they raised their prices again! It’s now €5.40 for two double cheeseburgers. Thats about the 5-6 time in a year that they’ve raised them.
I’m seeing crisps that used to be €2 on special offer but now it says €2.50 on special offer. I don’t buy them at that price because if you do it’ll become the norm. Tayto has also gone downhill in quality among their various crisps.

Usually if the item has a price on the packet, this should be the price charged at the checkout
Both fruit and vegetables will be increasing in cost later in the year..
As the lad says- you ain’t seen nothing yet
If there is an actual price printed on the item is that not the price they have to charge?
