Yes, besides housing Luxembourg is really not expensive for Europe. And even when including housing as this data seems to, it’s still a ton cheaper here than in Switzerland. Salaries in Switzerland are generally higher, although not generally enough to offset how much more expensive homes are there.
Recently moved to Luxembourg from the US. Personally, I find the cost of living slightly less here, when you take into consideration how affordable health care is and the free public transportation.
