Pretty sure, this is good enough to file a law suite… exposing yourself is a crime.
Also, (before filing law suite) she should have make a snide remark about the “size”… that would ensure that the asshole who was doing it will never want to expose it again.
I’m not getting it though, is she comparing peeing with the cubicle door open to washing your dick in the sink? Coz the first time I read it I understood that her boss laughed off the dick washing incident, but I think he laughed off them not closing the door to pee, and she hasn’t reported this instance so far.
Not that it’s fine to not close the cubicle door in a mixed bathroom, but surely, she can tell the difference…
