I find this fairly hard to believe, with the way all passports get scanned, and checked by the airline (or ferry?).
We should hire this person as a consultant seeing as they clearly have access to detailed information on how many people were previously using fake documents and the rate of increase in their usage.
Well if one random person says that it must be true.
