Denmark seems low. Why is it so different than the rest of the rich countries when it has no heavy production?
Estonia should be much higher since most things are expected to be done online.
What constitutes as a digital device? And what line of work does use them as an integral part of the job? Even doing admissions at an event you have a scanner, working in a restaurant you have a scanner, modern garbage trucks get a signal when the bins are full. All office work of course is digital.
That gotta be a question up for interpretation.
What does this even mean? If I use a calculator on my job does that count?
