My GF “bought” a apartment this year 2021. She already signed the “promise to buy” (don’t know the English word for it) but they’re waiting to do the real sale in 2022 for the reduction of taxes.

She has an appointment with the notary on 10/01/2022 for the real sale.

Does anyone know if this new law is going to be confirmed then?

  1. Realtor here : the compromis is signed in 2021 but the deed (akte) is in 2022 that would mean for her first property a change from 6% to 3%
