Hang on, I thought lateral flow tests could give false positives for up to 90 days after COVID infection?
What the fuck is ‘guidance’ over legal requirement ?
I am coming back tonight and I saw that you isolate between when you land & the day you get your PCR result (assuming negative)
For someone who is currently legally required to isolate until 27th this is great news.
If you test negative then I don’t really see why you should still have to isolate any more at all. But this clearly makes sense as a step towards that.
lol when I suggested looking into changing the self isolations time I was downvoted to hell by all the geniuses here. Seems I wasn’t the only one able to see the sense in it.
I really look forward to some of the rabid lunatics that post here defending their positions once this is all over.
So my SO has covid and if she gets a negative lateral flow test on her 7th day she can leave self isolation but because I live with her and I haven’t been double jabbed I still have to isolate for the full 10 days even though I’m testing negative, am I reading this right?
Or zero even without one because it’s all completely optional and that’s why it doesn’t work.
