I am fairly certain that any printshop that specifically offers the printing and binding service for a Master Thesis’ should meet your requirements. What you are looking for is a “Buchbindung” (book binding) that is usually offered by a “Buchbinder” (book binder). Often the printing shops attached to universities should offer that service as well. Have you tried asking your thesis advisor or other students that you know? Alternatively perhaps the student union may be able to help you. They may know a print shop the can provide the required service at a location near you. Because it seems to be a bit of a hassle to travel to another city to get your masters thesis printed and bound.
However from my own memory in Vienna, the printshop of the Technische Universität Wien [INTU](https://www.intu.at/Abschlussarbeiten) offers printing and binding as you require it. The Universität Wien’s [Lehrmittelstelle](https://www.lehrmittelstelle.at/buchbinderei) also offers printing and binding services that should meet your requirements.
