Ticketmaster and promoters need to be included in this conversation and the American practices creeping in here in terms of ticket pricing and platinum seating/standing.
The government needs to introduce the same laws that apply to airlines. Compensate customers the same way of the hotel cancels the booking. This price gouging for events should not be allowed
Quite a convenient system error just on the days of the concerts lol
