  1. If we are having thousands of casesa day (offically; god knows how many aren’t getting tested for one reason or another), but ICU and hospital numbers are going down, and at this time of the year, it really does feel like the proper end game now.

  2. Think I heard them saying the omicron version spreads faster, but isn’t meant to be as bad as the other variants, so it would make sense that less people are in hospital from it.

    Which is probably the best we can hope for at this stage, that each new variant gets milder, and we can eventually treat it like a cold..

  3. Can’t remember where but I saw a study on Omnicron , albeit only 1k cases but fully vaccinated people that contracted it developed super immunity.

  4. Great, so now it’s nothing more than a cold. We need swift action to disband NPHET, remove any emergency covid powers, and return to a democracy that doesn’t discriminate against the population.

    The longer this takes the less likely it will ever happen.
