Hello,
For a bit of context I rented a studio in Split. On Sunday a crazy guy came and destroyed the flat upstairs with a hammer and threw this note before leaving.
Cops were called and the note was then handed to them, I’m not sure what it was exactly as everyone spoke in Croatian and I didn’t understand

Just curious of what it means
