Why is the Prime Minister so set against doing the job he signed off for, and why does he refuse to engage with the questions of the rest of Parliament?

It is odd, its not like he is facing a tough determined opponent, “savaged by a dead sheep” may be going too far, but not by much.

Leave him alone, he’s working hard on his 5 objectives for the year and if he does well he’ll get a good appraisal. He’s the sort of office worker who tells the boss who leaves on time and who doesn’t.
