  4. In the UK this would take about 20 years of political fuckery and dithering to get made. The speed of recovery projects in Ukraine are an inspiration.

  12. This looks like HDPE (High Density Poly-Ethylene) pipe. This is tough, flexible, and very easy to fabricate.

  13. Good digging like that and a crew might lay 500 meters a day so have fifteen crews spread out on the line and get it done in twenty days plus a few days for connecting the sections and filling and disinfection/flushing.

  19. Honestly, I want to just lay down and cry for days when I hear of russia bombing another apartment building, school or hospital and the death and injuries, not to mention torture, of so so many citizens, warriors and supporters.

    And yet these indomitable Ukrainians get up and get on with it! Clean up, repair, rebuild, keep putting one foot in front of another – they amaze me more and more every day. 💙💛

    Unlike russians that just keep sinking to lower depths of depravity 😡🤬😡

    People all across the world were ready to accept Ukraine had done it: they “lied” about the missile landing in Poland. They “lied” about bucha, izyum, and countless others. Little did they consider that Ukraine has more to lose:

    Farmland held by Ukraine relied on the dam.
    Land not held by Ukraine that they wished to conquer relied on the dam.
    billions in resources were diverted to responding to this disaster instead of fighting a god damn war.

    Why would they drown the land they wished to take? Where is the sense in most people I used to believe? This is one of the greatest war crime in the modern century. It will affect GENERATIONS.

    And yet Twitter communists in mansions will sit there laughing of how it must’ve been Ukraine. Literal Nazis will cry for how the “azov Nazis” want to kill all Russian speakers in ukraine because they think Ukraine is connected to Biden.

    Even pro Ukraine westerners will sit there about “Ukrainians could’ve done it” the benefits do not outweigh the shitstorm…

  32. Russia is not being harmed enough. Ukraine already suffered material damage worth of 600B-800B USD. Count in approx 100B+ in donations/loans and equipment plus a quarter of UA economy and we land at smth like over 1 Trillion.

    Meanwhile Russia used more or less, 200B USD for military purposes, lost 30% of Gas.oil and exportts revenue which is another 250-300B. No other damage. So west is literally using 2 or more dollars for each Russian dollar.

    Either EU and USA “specialists” are braindead/incompetent and extremely corrupt.

    This is not a “proportional response”. this is bending over.

  33. Russia would restore the water by sending a 24 bottle case of vodka with half the bottles missing and the other half is watered down.
