Spain’s regions unwilling to introduce strict restrictions despite rise in coronavirus cases

  1. catalunya just announce super-strict new restrictions yesterday – article is kinda wrong; but I’m glad that other CCAA aren’t doing the same.

  2. This pandemic shows everything wrong with the autonomous community model.

Time for centralised gov with actual representation people can speak to.

  3. There is no need for struck restrictions again but I welcome the government to try, it’s only going to lead to a conservative surge in the polls.

People are done with the lockdowns and restrictions. It’s almost TWO YEARS. They’re done. Push vaccines, push voluntary safety measures, but we cannot hide forever.

Kids are getting really fucked up from this.
