24k/month? Thats it? The whole industrial base needs a revision unless they have a hundred of these plants.
This is the version of The Office I’d like to see
If memory serves me right they’re working triple shifts keeping the plant running 24/7 to supply Ukraine as well as replenish US inventory. All over the US and Europe are ramping up production. Hopefully it’ll be enough 🤞
Murca, do your thing.
Wasn’t there are quote from some Japanese Admiral about US making planes faster than Japan could make bullets during WW2?
Hey Russia. Screws off. Sincerely, USA.
Pump those wages, boys
I just have one question why would the United States need ammunition shells when the odds of us finding a land base war, like Korea are almost 0 to none or am I missing something . A war with China. We’re mostly be a Navy and Air Force battle..
Arsenal of Democracy in action!
I imagine the office theme song playing while they make them
The US would not run out of ammunition because if the US was actively at war the amount of artillery that they would be using would be much less in comparison. Air superiority means a lot less artillery needed.
U.S. media finally reading the room.
Scranton native here, so cool to know our plant is having a direct affect on the war, Slava Ukraini
that guy acting like America can’t ramp up a war-time economy overnight lol.
Thank you everyone who supports Ukraine in this dark time. Every shell might save someone’s live and make closer the victory for Ukraine and 50+ countries that help us to fight!
Can’t be a coincidence that Mr President hails from Scranton 😎
Ukraine needs shells, shells and more shells. Shell hunger is a real thing for both sides. Ukraine will get shells, shells and even more shells. As long as the resolve of the West holds, the writing is on the wall for the Russian army. The god of the battlefield is starting to favor Ukraine. Just check out this week’s Russian artillery loses.
That paper company really took a turn in to a new direction didnt it.
They call it Scranton!
What?
The Ammo City
I think it’s fair to say that we (here in America) need more of these ammunition plants. I don’t think it’s a great strategic idea to have so few, because if they get taken out what is a military going to do? This whole conflict is a test of what modern warfare is really like. Sophisticated weapons are not enough – ammunition and manufacturing plants are equally important.
