    Edit: 100% not Luxembourg.

  3. The public electric death wheelies are big no no in Luxembourg. That only almost certainly says it’s not Luxembourg.

  4. No way there’s these open wires above a street in Lux-City (and of course the scooters).

    So I’d also say very confidently that this isn’t in Luxembourg
