Today I received a fine worth 40. The reason was, my parking disc was not blue as the law from 2003 says.
The parking disc I received in 2020 from my car manufacturer. I never had any problems with this parking disc and in my eyes the color is blue. Can I take legal action?

They were just looking for an excuse to fine you
Who handed out the fine to you? I can’t imagine it was the police. Someone private?
I can’t tell from the picture, but if your card does not match the regulations, I don’t think there is much you can do.
