I like to use multiple vegetables in a day so I don’t use the entire thing, instead I use chunks or pieces of stuff. These mushrooms and pepper was leftover ingredients of yesterday’s dinner. Today I only bought broccoli and carrots. There are naturally so many carrots left to be used for the other days. This is the tip I can give for having a more colourful plate for dinners. Mix bits of things instead of using it entirely unless the recipe calls for it.
