Why focus on sharing online? Should’t they focus more on eliminating bullying rather than what happens afterwards? Is it okay if bullying is not shared? who makes this kind of dumb decisions?
“Bullying is crime” or “Bullies to hell” campaign seem more appropriate imho.

Well this is more aimed to stop spreading it as whole, as to avoid those being bullied being haunted by videos resurfacing in the future.
Furthermore it aims to sensibilise that by filming you make yourself even more to legal proceedings as filming is “not helping the victim” and even participating in the bullying, (with up to 5 years prison)
Also relates for those who are like too far away to help directly but still stop to film it.
