This seems to assume Russia has not produced any new equipment since the war began. Which is a ridiculous assumption to make.
If accurate, then Russia really fucked itself. They also probably used their arsenal’s best first, and the deeper they go into their pockets, the worse quality it is. Meanwhile the Ukrainian stock has been replaced by modern NATO militech.
