Causing death (or serious injury) by dangerous driving should carry a mandatory lifetime driving ban as well as a prison sentence. This woman should never be allowed behind the wheel of a car again.
How very unfortunate
The article seems confusing. On the one hand, the driver had a medical emergency, but on the other hand, they were arrested for dangerous driving.
There is no reason anyone needs a land rover in a city. Such dangerous cars should be banned or strongly discouraged from cities
Disguising the article mentions a medical incident yet people are focussing on the car involved. Crabs in a bucket mentality at its finest
As much as this is likely the drivers’ fault, the majority of schools I know are fully surrounded by big metal gates to reduce the risk of this happening. This school didn’t and this tragedy could have been entirely avoided if it had.
