1. It’s funny how stuff like this is suddenly found in times of crisis. I’m not saying it doesn’t make sense, just that the effort to be self sufficient isn’t there until it’s almost too late.

2. The main use and demand of phosphate is in fertilizers. Who gives an f about batteries and solar panels. Terrible article. 90% to 95% percent of global phosphate production is used in agriculture.
