At this rate, for the next coup they’ll just need two kids with slingshots.
Would be a shame if Georgia decided to take back the territory Russia stole from them…
Or Chechnya…
Or Finland…
It would be easier for Russia to pull all it’s troops from all regions of Ukraine. That would bring about peace and save a lot of Russian lives.
I suspect no one has mentioned the long term cost of that to Putin.
~~If~~ when the NATO artillery that Ukraine’s using has destroyed those units. Russia can’t move them back to their old duty. It’s exactly that which made the invasion of Afghanistan a disaster for the USSR.

If Ukraine has sufficient counteroffensive troops in reserve could be quite lucrative then.
Biden should move 250,000 troops to Alaska for “training”
Ukraines war against logistics, base infrastructure and supplies will pay dividends in the long run. Russia can pull all the cannon fodder it wants to the front lines to plug holes, what can you do without equipment? Russia is already into its old T55 and T64 inventory.
