I’m getting mixed signals here… Yesterday there was news about Bulgaria preparing a military aid package and then today I read about the president being against it. How does this work?! Does the president have actual powers or just like Germany where he’s just a Muppet?
I just wish he had asked Radiv “which of your cities would you be willing to abandon in the HOPES that Putin doesn’t come back for another chunk in a few years? Varna? Dobrich? Are there any cities you don’t care about enough to defend?”
