This is going to be interesting. I’m quite certain that Haavisto will reach the second round of voting but I have no idea who’s there to challenge him. The votes will probably split evenly accross the more conservative candidates like Rehn, Halla-Aho, Stubb and Aaltola (if/when they run). The person who get’s to the second round with Haavisto could win and it’s not totally out of this world that Halla-Aho would edge a win in a tight race for the 2nd place.
He will be the greatest president in the history of our country if elected.
I’m begging, literally anyone else than Halla-aho please. Knowing us we’ll vote him right in though.
I am really hoping for Aaltola to enroll for the presidential elections, would make my decision on who to vote for easy. That said I wouldn’t mind voting for Halla-Aho though there would be a lot of political pressure for him to fail so I don’t see him ever being elected.
At least he’s a known racist instead of having old (nazi) skeletons in the closet. Guess that’s something, right guys?
I am not an expert in Finnish politics, but I am quite sure that this guy is a racist person and not the kind of material to be the face of a country like Finland. Unless we are living on a multiverse were we are the first part of XX century in USA.
Finland needs just this guy as president to complete the rare 1% ‘You fucked up your country’ acievement on ps5.
