This is a bit pointless, just sentence him without parole (he does deserve it), he’ll be 71 and without any means to live out the last few years of his life, if you give him parole then sentence him to 25-30 years so he might rehabilitate
Imagine throwing your life away over some rubbish people are baffling
I like the way the judge describes how they planned out the attack meticulously. Not sure storming a bar with a machine gun and spraying at random targets is meticulous.
Looking at this man’s past, he was complete scum and should have been in prison already.
