Does anyone know what the story is if you’re wrongly dragged to court despite not having a TV? There was a lad on here last week saying he was given a court date despite only having a computer monitor. How do you go about defending yourself if the inspector is a gowl and just trying to rob you of €160?
It doesn’t seem like you get a chance to talk in court, or do you? If I ever got a court date (despite not needing a license) I’d of course show up but no way am I paying.
