Thai man does not return 50€ to me

I bought him a game account code for 150€ and his friend got my account banned. And he said he would reimburse 150€ back.

He returned me all 100€, left 50€ at the beginning of the year he said he would return all but he disappeared.

Until I texted him again after half a year had passed. (Texted him last month)

After a few peaks he calls me and says in an annoyed tone that he won’t return the 50€ because I behaved badly. Because I did bad things with his friends. (I didn’t) He said another 50€ is considered a game account rental. (I didn’t agree with him like that.)

After that he blocked me.

And after a while he unblocked me. And I tried to talk to him about refund. but he didn’t return He reasoned that I behaved badly. I also mistreated his friend. (I asked for evidence but he said there was none.) He said he knew which of his friends whose accounts were banned but he didn’t say who. and still ridicule me and he disappeared again.

I tried to talk to him but he didn’t read or reply to my chat until almost 1 month passed. I decided to post a story about him what he did to me along with a picture of him.

Shortly after I posted it, he immediately chatted with me. And he said to take me to court. And now he has already reported to the police on the Internet.

I feel WTH for a long time didn’t answer me. Come answer me when I post him???????? He will take me to court because he won’t give me back 50€???
